We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our setup fees. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.

We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds based on the services already delivered. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Partial refunds may be issued for services that are partially completed or if only certain components of the package were utilized.
You may cancel monthly services at any time with 30 days' written notice. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
